Surrey Old Boys Hockey Club

We currently run two adult mens teams competing in Saturday Surrey leagues. Home matches are played at the University Of Surrey Varsity Centre while training is carried out at Charterhouse School in Hurtmore (nr. Godalming).

We are always on the look out for new talent, and although the majority of the club are ex-Surrey University students, membership is open to all.

If you're interested in joining the club, either come down and join us at training, pop in and see us at the club house (there's almost certainly one or two of the team there every Saturday) or send a message via our contact page.
You don't have to have gone to university at Surrey or even have any connection to it, if you live in Guildford and you actually want to play hockey in Guildford then we could be just the club for you!

Training Location and times

Training is currently run on Wednesday nights at Charterhouse School in Hurtmore, Godalming. Sessions run from 7:30 - 9:00. Directions to the ground can be found here

Subscriptions

Membership is available to all players and is automatically granted to all paid up members. Membership will lapse if the subscription is still unpaid by the 31st November. The subscription year runs from 1st September. Cheques should be made payable to Surrey Old Boys Hockey Club and given to the Treasurer.

Costs
Costs are made up of the following:

• Annual Subs (Adult): £100
• Annual Subs (Student): £60
• Match Fees: £10/game (keepers £5)

Keepers have reduced membership and subs as they have to cover their kit costs.
