Surrey Old Boys Hockey Club

The second social of the year can now be announced.......(drum roll)......

RACE NIGHT 2008 The surrey old boys will be hosting a race night at the varsity on the 1st November. The aim is to start the event at around 5pm so people have a chance to recover after the days hockey matches.

The first part of the event will involve a series of races in which participants aim to accumulate as much money as possible. Prizes will be awarded for the punter with the biggest cash pot at the end of the race series.

The final race will be a sweepstake race with only 1-2 forecast bets being accepted.

The races will be interspaced with the usual antics associated with a gathering of hockey players! The event will finish at closing time (8pm) and then we will head in to town to finish the night off.

Entry to the race night is £5 per person.
