Xmas Dinner 2008
The moment you have all been waiting for - The announcement of the Xmas Dinner details!
This year the Christmas Dinner is set to take place on the 6th December 2008 at the Ramada Hotel Guildford. Occupying a 19th century Tudor-style building set in gardens, the hotel is in East Horsley, six miles from both Guildford and Leatherhead.
The evening will kick off with pre-drinks at the Varsity Bar before boarding transport to the venue at 7pm. Upon arrival you will be welcomed to sample the delights of the hotel bar. A 4 course Christmas Dinner will then be served at 8pm. The menu will be made available shortly so watch this space.
The evening will continue with the traditional present giving and speeches before everyone is invited to put their dancing shoes on and hit the dance floor. The DJ will play on through the night until the transport arrives to whisk all back to Guildford around 12:30am.
The ticket price for the dinner is £50 per person however an initial deposit of £20 is required by August 26th in order for us to confirm the bookings with the venue etc. If you wish to attend the dinner this year please send me an email (lowelljlewis@hotmail.com) and arrange for your deposit to make its way to a member of the committee.
